Brandon Hansen is a maritime professional with 30 years’ Coast Guard experience as a Marine Engineer, Port Engineer, and Marine Inspector, combining hands-on engineering, fleet support, vessel inspection, and regulatory expertise.

He specializes in American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) classification requirements, NAVSEA standards, marine engineering, propulsion and shaft alignment, marine machinery, vessel construction, audits, and Coast Guard compliance. His regulatory experience spans U.S. Coast Guard Subchapters A through W, with expertise in Subchapters M (Towing Vessels), T, and K, including vessel construction, equipment, machinery, inspection, and operations.

Brandon holds an M.S. Emergency Management and a B.S. in Administrative Management. He is committed to supporting the mariners, vessels, and companies that keep America’s waterways moving, advancing maritime safety, reliability, and the strength of the nation’s marine transportation system.
