Salary Range
$45,000 – $80,000/year
Daily Pay Range
$175 – $310/day
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma required for some positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol waterways and park facilities
- Educate visitors about conservation and safety
- Enforce park regulations
- Respond to emergencies and search-and-rescue incidents
- Monitor wildlife and environmental conditions
- Assist with public programs and outreach
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (depending on agency)
- Boating and water safety knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
