After studying Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Houston, Capt. Aaron began his career on inland towboats as a green deckhand, eventually becoming a captain. After 25 years afloat, he shifted his focus to Subchapter M compliance consulting. He is now the President and Founder at Bollard Marine Consulting.
