Christa White grew up in Paducah, KY. She received her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University. After being raised by an educator and a towboat Pilot, she joined Ingram Barge Company in 2011, where she currently contributes as Workforce Planning Manager. Propelled by her own passion for the maritime industry, she advocates for career education and exposure every chance she gets.
