Frank, a native of Tuscaloosa, Ala., studied journalism at Samford University. Since 2004, he’s made his home in New Orleans, where he’s worked in a variety of reporting and marketing/communications roles for both publications and private organizations. Besides reporting on the maritime industry, Frank enjoys film photography, creative writing and traveling with his wife and kids.
