As the Economic Development Director, Kelly’s focus is to attract new industrial investments to Plaquemines Parish. In addition to this primary goal, she is dedicated to essential priorities including business retention, fostering growth, expanding existing enterprises, and promoting job creation within the community. Kelly also holds an M.Ed. in Education Leadership, which underscores her commitment to workforce development. For over 16 years, she designed training programs across emerging sectors, collaborating with educational institutions and corporate partners to implement workforce development initiatives.
