Rich Lockwood received his B.S. in marine engineering and marine transportation from U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1972. He is currently self-employed as a consultant in the maritime efforts. His background with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, operations, and project management within many companies and entities gave him a lifelong career in the maritime industry. His loyal career has led to many accolades including the Bronze and Silver Order of the de Fleury award (2012 and 2017), the Superior Civilian Service Award (2002), and many more. Rich is excited to support WWW to join in making an impact on the next generation of mariners.
