Sydney holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA from Delta State University and became a licensed CPA in 2018. She spent nine years in public accounting before transitioning to the private sector, where she currently works in property accounting at Mississippi Power Company. While Sydney is new to the industry, she is excited to be joining in We Work the Waterway’s efforts in inspiring the next generation of maritime leaders. Sydney resides in Gulfport, MS with her husband Matt and their daughter Elaine.
