$16 to $34/hour — $125 to $270/day

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, place, and support apprentices
• Coordinate with employers and training institutions
• Monitor apprentice progress and compliance
• Develop workshops and career guidance
• Maintain records and provide mentorship
• Promote apprenticeships through outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in education, workforce development, or maritime
• 3–5 years of experience in youth/workforce programs
• Strong communication and organization
• Knowledge of apprenticeship regulations
