Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, place, and support apprentices
- Coordinate with employers and training institutions
- Monitor apprentice progress and compliance
- Develop workshops and career guidance
- Maintain records and provide mentorship
- Promote apprenticeships through outreach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in education, workforce development, or maritime
- 3–5 years of experience in youth/workforce programs
- Strong communication and organization
- Knowledge of apprenticeship regulations
