Salary Range

$55,000 – $95,000/year

Daily Pay Range

$210 – $365/day

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect barge hulls and cargo compartments
  • Verify compliance with safety regulations
  • Document deficiencies and recommend repairs
  • Coordinate with vessel crews and repair facilities
  • Complete inspection reports
  • Monitor cargo loading conditions
Qualifications

  • Knowledge of barge construction and operations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Coast Guard and industry regulations
  • Previous maritime experience preferred
