Minimum Education

Key Responsibilities
- Assist docking and undocking of vessels
- Operate pumps, valves, and ballast systems
- Position support blocks and ensure vessel stability
- Support repair crews and maintain dry dock equipment
- Follow safety protocols for rigging and confined space
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- On-the-job training or marine experience
- Certifications: OSHA, confined space, rigging
- Strong physical ability for demanding tasks
