We Work the Waterways featured in Wire Rope Exchange’s July/August Issue

We Work the Waterways is proud to be featured on the cover of the latest issue of Wire Rope Exchange, along with a five-page feature highlighting our organization, our mission, and our work to connect students and educators with the maritime industry.

We are grateful to the team at Wire Rope Exchange for giving We Work the Waterways the opportunity to share our story and showcase the importance of building awareness around careers on and around the waterways.

Through programs such as Maritime Interaction Days, career resources, hands-on activities, and industry connections, We Work the Waterways works to introduce students to the wide range of opportunities available throughout the maritime industry. From vessels and ports to shipyards, technology, logistics, and beyond, there are countless career paths that students may not know exist.

This feature provides an opportunity to highlight the people and organizations working to strengthen the future of the maritime workforce and the importance of reaching students early.

We extend our sincere thanks to Wire Rope Exchange for recognizing the work of We Work the Waterways and helping us share our mission with a broader audience.
