Tenn-Tom Waterways Conference Attended by Staff Member Pam Maxwell

We Work the Waterways recently had the opportunity to attend the Tenn-Tom Waterways Conference in Point Clear, Alabama, joining maritime leaders and industry professionals for two days of meaningful conversations and valuable insights about the future of our waterways.

We were proud to be represented at this incredible gathering and grateful for the opportunity to hear from leaders advocating for the continued strength and success of our industry. The conference featured voices from across the state, federal, and local levels, as well as industry leaders, including Senator Tommy Tuberville and Adam Telle, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works.

From important updates on our waterways to discussions surrounding the future of the maritime industry, the conference provided valuable perspective on the opportunities and challenges ahead.

We’re especially grateful for the connections made, knowledge shared, and continued emphasis on workforce development in this vital industry. Events like the Tenn-Tom Waterways Conference remind us of the importance of working together to build a strong future for our waterways and the people who keep them moving.
